Darien started his career in the automotive industry and became ASE certified for automotive in school. Darien served in the Army Reserves for 6 years working as a wheeled vehicle mechanic. Darien has been in the HVAC trade since 2014. Darien's hobbies include car audio, welding and fabrication, machining, woodworking, and working on his trucks.

Donnie was born in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil and was raised in Roswell, New Mexico. He has lived in the Houston area for over 25 years. Donnie has been married for 29 years and has a son who attends The University of Houston and a daughter who is a graduate from Louisiana State University. Donnie has an extensive work history that consists of customer service, inventory control and management. Besides his family, his passions are writing, music and The Dallas Cowboys!

George has been with Carl’s Quality for seven years, overseeing growth and development across the service department while encouraging others to push themselves to achieve more. He values the people he works with and the strong team culture they’ve built together. Known for being a bit of a clean freak, George embraces the details both at work and at home. Outside of the job, he enjoys quiet time in nature, spending time with his wife, and serving at his church and LifeGroup. He lives by the motto: “Never stop learning.”

Lauren was born and raised in Texas and currently resides in Willis. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 kids. Lauren enjoys baking, crocheting, sowing and many other crafts in her free time. Lauren has a German Shorthaired Pointer named Augustus "Gus" and a lazy fat cat named Gru.

Taylor is passionate, motivated, and creative with working experience across disciplines, in and outside the HVAC trade. He pairs a proven business acumen with a sincere admiration for our staff to progress our company and lead our teams in service excellence. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, and beating the Texas heat on the open water with his brother. In service to our community, you’ll find Taylor volunteering his time in hospitals and institutions.

Jesse is originally from California. He relocated his family to the Conroe area in early 2022. He has a wife and 2 sons. They currently attend Oak Ridge High School. His favorite thing to do in his off time is to watch his sons play competitive sports and explore the city of Houston with his family. Raised by a contractor, Jesse has been around home improvement his entire life. Starting in construction, he changed course and went to school for heating and air conditioning in 2009. Starting at the bottom of a residential install team, he worked his way up to a lead position. He eventually became a service technician before landing in system design. After a year in sales and Design, Jesse moved over to manage the install department. He now has the opportunity to use his life of construction experience to create an install process that will maximize the finished product and deliver high quality installs to our customers.

Justin is a born-and-raised Texan and second generation HVAC professional. He is trained in system and duct design, indoor air quality, the principals of home comfort, and is fully equipped to give you all the information you need to make a fully informed decision about your HVAC needs. When he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Alysia, and their five children: Judah, Penelope, Noah, Asher, and Norah. Justin also enjoys reading, teaching Sunday school at his church, and being outdoors.

Cade has been in the trade since 2016, starting as a residential installer he grew his skills and is now a technician for Carl's Quality. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing and working on diesel trucks.

When not hauling and organizing items in the warehouse, Eric can be found playing video games or watching anime with his beautiful best friend/wife of 11 years and an unreasonable amount of cats. His favorite anime is One Piece, and while he wouldn't admit it in front of the other kitties, his favorite cat is Wolverine. He loves Jesus.

Ernesto is a father of one and a M.I.A.T. HVAC graduate. He is a family man and loves spending time with his loved ones. He listens to Electronic Dance Music, does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and plays video games for a hobby.

Fred has been with the company since 2021. Fred likes working in the field and the family owned business. He enjoys fishing and watching football in his spare time. Spending time on his boat his his ideal past time.

Issac Wozniak provides training and support to technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and oversees fieldwork. He enjoys teaching and helping others succeed. Issac’s favorite food is fajitas. In his spare time, he enjoys computer gaming, classic cars, and reading.

Isaac brings 8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC repair, mechanical services, and welding to the Carl’s Quality team. He takes pride in diagnosing and repairing systems with precision while contributing to the high standard of workmanship the company is known for. Known as a reliable team player, Isaac values working alongside great coworkers in a supportive environment. In his free time, he enjoys blade-smithing, woodworking, and fabricating mechanical projects.

Pat Babish provides excellent customer service and appreciates the Christian family atmosphere at Carl’s. An interesting fact about Pat is that she has lived in 12 states. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her fur babies and grilling out. Personal philosophy: “For God’s will, not mine, be done — one day at a time.”

Steven has vast experience in delivery, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving. He always has an upbeat attitude and enjoys making others smile. He is a dedicated father and loves spending his free time with his family. He IS the hokey pokey champion!

Jenna has been with Carl’s Quality for six months, providing top-tier customer service, coordinating scheduling, and working closely with service technicians to ensure customers receive the best care. She loves the company culture and the people she works with, which make each day rewarding. Outside of work, Jenna collects antique cameras and enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and exploring creative outlets like art. Phillip is dedicated to helping homeowners discover the best heating and cooling solutions for their homes. He takes pride in visiting with families, listening to their concerns, and ensuring their comfort needs are met. His favorite part of working at Carl’s Quality is sharing in the joy his coworkers feel while serving the community. Outside of work, Phillip is a true fish taco enthusiast—ranking restaurants by their taco game—and enjoys playing guitar and fishing with his sons.

Samantha Segura combines the roles of brand specialist, sales support, and marketing coordinator, helping drive growth through creative and strategic initiatives. She enjoys the comfortable and friendly atmosphere at Carl’s, and the opportunity to help the community. A fun fact: Samantha has a degree in theatre and has played Ursula from The Little Mermaid. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her kids to the zoo and on adventures. Personal philosophy: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Johnathan has been with Carl’s Quality for seven months, focusing on diagnosing AC systems as well as performing maintenance and repairs. He values the great environment to learn and grow while working alongside his team. Known for his resilience—having broken more than 15 bones—Johnathan enjoys motorcycles, fishing, and video games in his free time. He lives by the lighthearted motto: “If every hamburger was perfect, we wouldn’t have hot dogs.”

Born and raised in Texas, Jordan is father to two children, boy and girl, and husband to a beautiful wife. Graduating from Sam Houston State with a bachelor's degree in business, he knew early on that he wanted to pair his customer service skills along with a desire to advance his skills in a technical trade. Jordan likes working with his hands and interacting with people. In his free time he likes to play basketball and spend time with his kids.

Brandon has been part of Carl’s Quality for four months, where he focuses on service repairs, diagnostics, and system changeouts. He enjoys the diversity of the customer base as well as the training opportunities that help him grow in the trade. Outside of work, Brandon is a fan of fishing, reading, and books—and he’ll always choose strawberry jelly over grape. He lives by the motto: “If you get on the wrong train, get off at the nearest station.”

Tranisha has been serving and repairing customer HVAC systems for nearly two years and enjoys the constant learning that comes with the trade. She appreciates the opportunity to grow her skills while being part of a team that values quality work. Outside of Carl’s Quality, Tranisha is passionate about sports—recently returning to tackle football with an all-women’s team that made it all the way to the “Super Bowl.” She also enjoys family time, Ford trucks, and music. Tranisha lives by the motto: “No matter what you do there will always be someone who doesn’t like you, so just keep being YOU!”

Brett has been with Carl’s Quality for five months, leading installations and working closely with customers to ensure repairs are completed with the best possible outcome. He values learning new things and using innovative tools to enhance his work. Outside of the job, Brett enjoys both playing and watching soccer. Fun fact—he was born on 9/11/01.

Tyler has been with Carl’s Quality for two months, assisting with residential installations and duct modifications. He enjoys the learning experience and the opportunity to build his skills alongside a supportive team. Outside of work, Tyler has a passion for building trucks and working on classic cars, and he’s recently started learning the game of golf.

Jhoely has been with Carl’s Quality for 10 months, assisting with technical issues and stepping in wherever the team needs support. She enjoys the friendships she’s built at the company and the constant opportunities to learn. Known for her friendly personality, Jhoely is always smiling and joking with those around her. Outside of work, she values time with her family, enjoys watching sports, and making the most of life. She lives by the motto: “Never leave what’s for today for tomorrow. Follow your dreams, never give up—it’s never too late.”
